When is the appropriate time to have surgery?
This consideration is unique to each patient. However, the ideal patient has given considerable thought to their needs, and feels makeup, hairstyle, clothes, etc. no longer mask the area.

What to Expect

Steps Towards a New You

Your Consultation

The consultation is your first opportunity to meet with Dr. Patel. It allows him to evaluate and examine your needs and make his recommendation to you. Dr. Patel will work with you to determine the ideal procedure, personalized to your individual needs. Prior to surgery, photographs will be taken in the office. These photographs are an integral part of the consultation, as they will illustrate what Dr. Patel feels may be reasonably accomplished.

During the consultation, Dr. Patel will discuss whether your procedure will be performed on an outpatient basis at a surgery center, at a local hospital or in the comfort of his office. Prior to the surgery, you will receive a detailed list of instructions, outlining what you will need to do to prepare yourself.
